Payment
Q. Which methods of payment do you accept?
A. We use paypal as our payment engine as we beleive it to be the fastest and most secure way to pay online. As a fully verified business paypal user we can guarantee a smooth and safe transaction every time. Through this payment method we accept all major credit and debit cards regardless whether or not our customers have a paypal account. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please drop us a sales enquiry using the link at the top of the screen.

Q. What are the postage costs?
A. We are currently running postage costs at a very reasonably %10 of total price for goods totalling less than £24.99 Pounds Sterling. For orders over this amout there is no delivery charge whatsoever. This may be subject to change in the near future.

Q. What are the graphics made from?
A. All our products are made from high quality long-life vinyl sourced from the U.K's largest supplier.

Q. Can you produce printed images on stickers?
A. No. Our hardware produces decals (computer cut vinyl). There is no transparent part to your item and we are limited to usually 3 colours in any one graphic.

Q. How do you fit the graphics?
A. Fitting our products is easy. Please click 'Fitting Instructions' located on the left of the screen. Please note all of our items come with a basic fitting instructions sheet for your convenience.

Q. Can you produce customer designed graphics?
A. Yes but the cost of custom graphics is dependable on design and colours used. Click on 'Sales Enquiry' located at the top of the screen and attach a picture of what you are looking for specifying sizing and colours. We will analyse your request and respond within 2 days.

Delivery
Q. How long will it take for delivery from placing an order?
A. We send all of our items first class royal mail within 2 days of receiving your order. Overseas buyers usually have around a weeks wait for thier item upon ordering.

Q. Which countries do you deliver to?
A. Any delivery charges added to your purchase price covers Europe, Australia, U.S.A and Canada. We also deliver world-wide but please contact us first as a postal surcharge may be required for your item(s).

Q. Do overseas orders cover any of my countries import taxes.
A. No. Please be aware of your countrys tax policies before ordering any items. We cannot accept returns in these circumstances.

Returns
Q. What if I am not satisfied with the item(s) I have purchased?
A. Simply return the item undamaged and unused within 14 days of receipt and we will give a full refund of the item(s) price (not including any delivery charges).

Q. What if my item is damaged in transit?
A. Simply return the item(s) within 14 days and receive a free replacement.
